Jul 08, 2020 · This is a huge red flag, and Netflix will respond by blocking that IP address. VPN service providers don’t assign unique IP addresses unless you buy one; all traffic is managed using the older IPv4 protocol, which has a limited number of available, randomly assignable IPs.
